Since our services are entirely digital, no physical shipping or delivery is required. Services are delivered digitally/instantly upon successful payment verification. Upon completing the purchase, your account will be instantly credited or unlocked, and you will receive a confirmation email with access details.
Access to online test series, e-modules, or student databases is provisioned immediately (typically within seconds) of a successful payment transaction. In rare cases of network latencies or payment gateway processing delays, access may take up to 24 hours to reflect. If your transaction was successful but your access has not been unlocked within 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately.
