Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Crey (a product of Combe Labs Private Limited), we aim to provide high-quality exam preparation resources, test series, and evaluation services. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the login credentials/details for online access to test material or other services have already been disclosed, dispatched, or accessed, or if the shipping process for any physical/printed e-modules has already been initiated by us or our representatives.

No cancellations are allowed for products or services purchased under promotional marketing offers, festival discounts, special exam packages, or other limited-time deals.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our services and instant delivery of test papers, assessments, and learning content, we do not support refunds once any test series or evaluation modules have been accessed, viewed, or attempted by the user. Refunds are only applicable under the following limited conditions:

• The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase AND no online test series, e-modules, or learning materials have been accessed or attempted.
• Double payment or accidental multi-purchases occurred due to a system or payment gateway error. In such cases, the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full.

3. Processing of Refunds

To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please email us at contact@crey.in with your Order ID, proof of transaction, and the reason for your request. All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source/method used during the checkout transaction.
